General Information

Since 1857, the AIA has represented the professional interests of America's architects. Join AIA and you'll be instantly connected to the largest, most influential network of architecture professionals. That's more than 94,000 members tackling society's most urgent issues, like climate change and inequities in the built environment.

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) is the voice of the architectural profession.

We advocate for the value of architecture and give architects the resources they need to do their best work. Our work drives positive change through the power of design.

You'll join a community committed to advancing best practices in architecture while promoting climate action and racial and gender equity in our industry and beyond. Raise your voice and design a better world with the AIA community.
