Join Zetlin & De Chiara and industry leaders for a two-part presentation on avoiding significant problems generated by buildings near existing structures. This is a networking breakfast featuring two panel discussions with a Q/A session. 

The first session will explore the why, the what, and the how to avoid these issues from a design and construction perspective. The second session will explore how these risks can be minimized through appropriately structured access and license agreements with adjoining property owners before excavation or construction begins. 

The speakers will include representatives from Thornton Tomasetti, Langan, DeSimone, Greyling, Related, and Zetlin & De Chiara.
