King Manor was the home of Rufus King (1755-1827) a framer of the United States Constitution, diplomat, senator, and outspoken opponent of slavery. Typically only eight rooms of the house are open to visitors, but on this tour we will visit the entire house, from basement to attic, from formal rooms to servants quarters.  With three major periods of construction (1750s, 1780s, and 1810) and some smaller tweaks along the way, the house provides us an interesting chance to see its growth and formation
